Karlene's Cinnamon Rolls.
The recipe my friend gave me makes 5 dozen cinnamon rolls.  Which if I'm making cinnamon rolls I make that much, because my kids friends always show up and they are gone. But, sometimes if I'm making dinner rolls I don't want that much so the numbers in parathesis are 2/3 the recipe, it makes about 3 dozen dinner
rolls.

Dinner Rolls
6 (4 cups) cups real warm water
3 (2 Tbsp.) Tbsp. yeast
1/2 (1/3 cup) cup instant milk
1 (2/3 cup) cup sugar
3 (2) eggs
1 (2/3 cup) cup melted Crisco
2 Tbsp. (4 tsp.) salt
15 (10 cups) cups flour

Add everything to mixer and half of the flour.  Beat on high for 2-3
minutes.
Add remaining flour and beat until sides of mixer are clean.  Let rise 40-60
minutes or until double.  Punch down and shape into rolls; place on greased
pan.  Let rise until doubled.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

To make cinnamon rolls: after the dough rises the first time take about
1/3 of the dough and roll out on counter.  Spread with butter, mix about
1 cup brown sugar with 2 tsp. cinnamon.  Sprinkle brown sugar mixture over
butter.  Roll up, cut about 1" pieces.  Place in pan and bake as above.
Repeat with all the dough.  Let cool about 10 minutes.  For frosting I use
1 cube butter, 1 pkg. cream cheese, 1 tsp. vanilla and about 2 1/2 cups
powdered sugar, mix in a food processor and frost warm cinnamon rolls.
